Acceptable use
By using Ryterr, you agree to use the service lawfully and keep your account credentials secure. You may not use the service to generate content that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, or impersonates another person or organization.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. Ryterr provides tooling, not legal, medical, or compliance advice. The fact-checking and audit features are safeguards, not guarantees. Always review output before it goes live under your name.
You retain full ownership of the content you generate. We claim no rights to your posts, drafts, or domain data.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds follow the billing policy shown at checkout. Failed generations are automatically refunded in full. You are never charged for a post that did not complete.
Post quotas reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
Service availability
We target high uptime but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional third-party API outages may affect generation availability.
Account suspension
We can suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or behavior that impacts service reliability for other users. We will give reasonable notice when possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ryterr is operated. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to arbitration.
