Information we collect
We collect account details required to provide the service: email address, profile name, usage metrics, and the content drafts you generate. When you connect a domain, we also collect the public data we scrape from that domain (homepage content, brand colors, business description) to personalize your generations.
How we use information
We use collected data to operate the service: generate your posts, apply usage limits, send transactional emails (account activity, generation failures, billing receipts), and answer support questions.
We do not sell personal data. Third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Dodo Payments) are used only to process your generation requests and billing operations.
Data retention
Your account data and generated content are retained until you delete them. Deleted accounts have all associated drafts, domain data, and personal details removed within 30 days.
Webhook and audit logs may be retained longer for operational debugging and compliance.
Your rights
You can:
- Export your generated content as markdown from the Posts page
- Delete your account from Settings, then Account
- Request a copy of your personal data by contacting support
- Correct inaccurate information by editing your profile
